Spirit Young Performers Company is an acclaimed Musical Theatre Company, training exceptional talent aged 8-19. Our students - selected through audition process - are at the top of their game in the industry; consistently being cast in West End productions and drawing over 70 million viewers to our flagship YouTube Channel.


We’re looking for somebody with superb organisational skills, who can work efficiently, independently and with excellent initiative. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the musical theatre field, enjoy working with children, and have a keen creative eye.


This role is for somebody who has the enthusiasm to get on with a range of jobs, from data input to booking venues to helping with events and performances.


Working the following days:

Saturdays - 9am - 1.30pm  - Angel, London.    

Sundays - 10am-5.30pm - Angel, London. 

And another set 12 hours per week, some of which can be working remotely from home. These hours can be determined to suit the ideal candidate’s schedule.

The role will include:

  • Communication tasks: taking phone-calls and responding to email enquiries from clients and potential customers.

  • Creative tasks: liaising with the Spirt creative team to decide upon and source costumes for performances. Scouting and booking filming locations.

  • Administrative tasks: Booking venues, sourcing cover teachers for classes when required, completing BOPA’s and Child Performance License applications when necessary.

  • Supervising tasks: Taking over the supervising of classes when required, ensuring that all is running smoothly and children are safely collected at the end of class.

The right candidate will have:

  • A DBS check, or must be willing to obtain one.

  • A First aid certificate, or must be willing to obtain this.

  • Ideally a car and driving license, but not essential. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organisational skills.

  • An excellent telephone manner and great english writing skills.

  • A creative eye for costumes and locations.

  • Dependability and professionalism. 

  • Excellent initiative and ability to work effectively independently.
