As the founder of Spirit YPC, Sophie's infectious ambition for the company and students has SYPC being hailed as one of the UK's top and pioneering theatre schools.
As director of the company, Sophie is responsible for and entirely committed to the concept and creation of all performance pieces; consistently producing creative new work that captures the attention of an unparalleled audience.
Sophie makes it a priority to work closely with all students; recognising all individual goals and ambitions. Known for treating students with compassion as well as high expectations, this combination of this leadership and creativity has pushed SYPC to be a game-changer in the modern theatre industry.
HEAD OF DANCE COMPANY / CHOREOGRAPHER
As a teacher and choreographer, Chloé is known for her unique and dynamic style of choreography and infectious commitment to the work; resulting in the creation of SYPC’s most iconic performances, including on ITV and West End Live.
As a teacher and Director of Dance, Chloé makes it a personal priority to guide each dancer as an individual; from essential technique training to self-promotion, to future training and prospects. Chloé understands that every dancers is different and makes sure to guide every on an individual path that best benefits them.
Prior to committing to SYPC/SYDC, Chloé has choreographed over 20 professional theatre productions, run her own theatre company and holds workshops across the country . Chloé is a first class degree graduate of the Arts Educational School.
Performance credits include Singing in the Rain (West End), Funny Girl (West End), Top Hat (No1 UK Tour), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (West End), 42nd Street (Chichester Festival Theatre) and Cabaret (UK Tour). Feature film credits include Billy Elliot and Jesus Christ Superstar.
Performance credits include Groundhog Day (West End), Jersey Boys (West End). Original cast of Shrek the Musical (West End), Oklahoma! (UK Tour) and Evita (UK Tour). Most recently, Ste choreographed the Irish tour of Angela's Ashes.
Graduate of Arts Educational School London.
Dance Captain of Annie (West End and Toronto). Performance credits include Mamma Mia (West End), Jersey Boys (West End), Top Hat (UK Tour) and Ghost (UK Tour), Annie (West End).
An extremely passionate choreographer and mentor, Bailey's performance credits include Lion King (West End), Motown (West End) and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert . Bailey is also an activist for people in the arts who don't have a voice in their community, with his online magazine The Palace of the Dogs.
Assistant Choreographer, 'So You Think You Can Dance Vietnam' and dancer for artists including for Rita Ora and Pixie Lott. Dancer in UK Tour of 'Puttin' on the Ritz'.
SINGING TEACHERS / MUSICAL DIRECTORS
An exceptionally passionate vocal coach, Aimee is constantly seeking to settle the persistent balance between healthy voice use and the demands of the professional theatre industry. Aimee Gray carries a Masters Degree in the Practice of Voice and Singing and offers private coaching to many children working professionally in the West End.
Alex is a professional and passionate Musical Director, Arranger and Pianist whose credits include performances at the Olivier Awards and West End Live, West End Gospel Choir, Paul O Grady show, West End Piazza and more.
As a vocal coach, Stephen's interdisciplinary knowledge of the craft of performance and voice science has him coaching singers on 'The Voice' Belgium and working all over the country with his company 'King's Vocal Training'.
Stephen trained at The Central Ballet School and Arts Educational School.
A highly dedicated and compassionate vocal coach, Molly Lynch is a graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Performance credits include West End's Sweeney Todd, Carousel and currently touring the country as Betty Schaefer in Sunset Boulevard.
Lynch continues to teach at SYPC as a drop-in guest teacher whilst she is away performing in the UK tour.
An exceptionally passionate teacher, Terri's recent work includes private LAMDA and Drama coaching to professional child actors, as well as assisting with the casting and rehearsing of the cast of children in the recent UK and International Tour of Mary Poppins.
Ballet Instructor. Jac holds a Diploma in Dance Education in Ballet, Modern and Tap, along with a Diploma in Teaching in the Life Long Learning Sector. As well as her commitment to dance instruction, Jac has worked s a dancer and actress in theatres such as Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.
Tumbling Instructor. A Level 3 Qualified Coach. Qualified in 5 separate disciplines - Acrobatic, Tumbling, Men's Artistic, Women's Artistic and General Gymnastics. Peter was formerly the county and University National champion in artistic gymnastics and now coaches county champions.
Tap Instructor. In 2016 Anna completed a masters degree (MSc) in Dance Science at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, writing her thesis research on the topic of hypermobility and injury among young dancers in training.

Top UK choreographer with a huge wealth of hit TV, Film, Commercial and Music Video work under his belt. Marcel has worked with stars including Madonna, Kylie Minogue, George Michael, Diana Ross, Tom Jones and Alesha Dixon.

Famous dance duo who tour the UK extensively, having performed to millions of people since their rise to fame in 2010. The duo also act as teachers and mentors for their own street dance company.

Best known for his appearance in the BBC1 Show ‘Any Dream will Do’, coming in second. Shortly after the program Keith joined the UK Tour of Bill Kenwright’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in which he played The Narrator. He has also released two albums and completed sell-out UK tours for these albums.
Jo has been Associate Choreographer on National Tours of 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang', 'Barnum' and 'Happy Days -The Musical', and assisted both Andrew Wright and Stephen Mear. Jo has also appeared in West End productions of 'The Producers', 'Sweet Charity', 'Hello Dolly' and 'Crazy For You', as well as 'Funny Girl' (Chichester), 'On The Town' (Paris) and 'White Christmas' (UK Tour). Jo has choreographed Aladdin & Jack and The Beanstalk (Qudos Entertainment), E4's 'Stageschool' and 'Tenderloin-The Musical' at East 15.
Jo was involved in the creation workshops of the Les Miserables movie and 'Rehab- the Musical' for Craig Revel Horwood. Other TV credits include The Olivier Awards, Children in Need, Got To Dance, The Broadway Proms, Ant and Decs Saturday Night Takeaway, The Alan Titchmarsh Show, The Al Murray Show and The Olympic Torch Concert.
Jo is currently Dance Captain on the brand new tour of "Sunset Boulevard" starring another SYPC guest teacher, Danny Mac.
Currently starring as Joe Gillis in the Sunset Boulevard tour. Past credits include Boc in Wicked (West End), Warner in Legally Blonde (Leicester Curve), Gabey in On The Town (Regents Park Open Airt Theatre). Danny Mac is also an Award-winning actor who starred in Channel 4's Hollyoaks and was nominated for 'Best Serial Drama Performance' at the 2015 National Television Awards.
